Changing the paradigm from Aging to Sage-ing.
The Elder Cohousing Network
supports the development of elder rich and age-targeted cohousing communities
throughout the U.S. The network maintains a national data base of people interested
in creating these environmentally-conscious neighborhoods, provides free resource
material and offers a comprehensive "Getting Started" Workshop in Boulder,
Colorado. Their next training is Sept. 13-16, 2007. More information at www.ElderCohousing.org
or by calling (303) 413-8066. The
Aging in Community Network (AICN) – is an initiative of the
Center for Growing & Becoming that advances both the “physical containers”
and the “social software” needed for our communities to be great places
for people of all ages and abilities. www.aicnetwork.org
