     April 24th - 26th, 2009 in Asheville, NC

Conference fees:

$189 per person for full conference including meals (2 breakfast, 2 lunch, dinner on Sat and and evening activities (Friday and Saturday)

$289 per person for full conference,  all meals and 2 nights lodging at conference center, double occupancy

$299 per person for full conference, all meals and 2 nights lodging at conference center, single occupancy- until full
